TERMS & CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY: Once booked, your time slot is reserved for your exclusive use. Cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours of job will incur a fee of $150. Reschedule due to weather will not incur a fee. PAYMENT TERMS: An invoice will be generated at the completion of the job, payable in full before any work is delivered. For existing clients, a 7 day account may be granted for ongoing assignments, conditional on continued timely payment. DELIVERY: Completed work is delivered in full resolution JPEG next business day USAGE: Delivered work is licensed for use by the invoice party only, for the duration of the listing. Transfer to any third party for usage for the purpose of renting or selling the property (including the vendor) is strictly prohibited. Contact the photographer directly for an extended use license if required.
